Taylor Manor

Taylor Manor is a three-storey structure constructed in 1915 as an elder care facility. Bush, Bohlman & Partners did a renewal and addition to the existing building including a seismic retrofit to suit the City of Vancouver’s requirements. Extensive modifications to the existing timber framing were done to suit reconfigured spaces.  The design for upgrade is nearing completion using a phased permitting process.
