Quest University (Sea-to-Sky)

A new $75 million privately-funded university campus on a mountain side ‘green field’ site in Squamish, B.C. Campus consists of four major academic buildings and up to 10 residence buildings for a student population of 650. Project includes a recreation centre with gymnasium, three-storey library, four-storey academic building, and a two-storey student services building housing a theatre, kitchen, and dining hall. Concrete construction with heavy timber feature roofs.
Constructed using construction management with sequential tender of structural packages.
