Kwantlen University College - Cloverdale Campus

A new trades and technical campus housing industrial shops, classrooms, offices, a library, a cafeteria and service spaces. Extensive use of steel and tilt-up concrete construction.Steel with Comflor for multi-storey classroom blocks. A large timber-framed student commons space connects the classroom and shops blocks. The project recently won the North American Wood award and a Consulting Engineers of B.C. Award.
