Edmonds Library

A new $14 million single-storey library building over underground parking located in Burnaby, B.C.
Concrete flat slab construction for the main floor over the parkade containing in-slab radiant heating/cooling. Structural steel construction for the multi-level roofs with a unique ‘space truss’ design for the high volume main hall. Extensive canopies, sunshades, and hard landscape features contribute to the library’s overall appearance.
