Duchess Park Secondary School, Prince George

Duchess Park Secondary was delivered as one of the first design-build schools in B.C. This $45M project includes a two storey classroom block connected to a gymnasium, shops and theatre block with a student commons atrium. A collegiate size gymnasium and performing arts theatre were added amenities.

Steel construction was used to suit the fast track schedule and allow offsite fabrication during the cold winter. Multiple phased structural tenders helped reduce overall tight project schedules.
