A $40 million 9-storey office tower over a two-level podium with underground parking below the building and a large landscaped plaza. Concrete construction for the tower, parking and plaza. Steel and heavy timber construction for the podium roofs. High-end architectural content with featured structural elements throughout the podium levels. Extensive tiered landscape development over the two-level plaza including water features. Heavy timber construction for the low-rise feature roofs and galleria. Extensive glass and steel canopies. Constructed through project management process with pre-tender of foundation and concrete structure packages.
Included sustainable design initiative with natural day-lighting, sun-shading, high fly-ash concrete, extensive use of timber, and wood finishes.
