Description:

A $7 million, 2-storey cast-in-place concrete structure built in 2001 with a full basement.

The basement level houses a 25m gun range isolated from the main building, vehicle bays, locker rooms, and secure storage.

The main and 2nd floors are constructed with cast-in-place concrete with heavily glazed exterior walls.  A 2-storey atrium in the centre of the building is frame with glulam roof beams and tapered round wood posts.  The posts are repeated on the south and east exterior sides.  The main floor is constructed with conventional metal deck on steel joists.
